RETURNS & EXCHANGE
You have 7 days from the delivered date to request for an exchange for the online purchased
Style must be in original condition, tags intact.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for discounted | sale items.
You can exchange your item’s sizes and colors or contact us 077 219 6963 to place a new order for a new style.
Online exchange process takes 20-30 working days.
Refund:
In the unlikely event that any items you have ordered from us are damaged or defective, or if the item delivered, is different from what you had ordered will only be accepted for Refund and will be arranged the courier free of charge.
We aim to process all refunds within 7 working days of receiving your parcel at our warehouse
Refunds can only be made as follows,
Paid Orders – Refund will be made to the card used for the original order
COD Orders -Refund will be made to a bank account assigned to the original customer
You will receive a refund confirmation via email once the refund process is completed
Refunds will usually clear into your account within 3-5 working days, however, this can vary according to the bank.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange of the item.
Change of delivery address cannot be accommodated once the package has been shipped.
